Serious bug fixed: Some representative subsets of original-style sequences in ASTRAL 1.57 and 1.59 were incorrect, containing extra domains. The default sequences in both releases (genetic domain sequences) were not affected by the bug. All original-style subsets filtered by E-value and percent identity were affected by the bug, and have been re-generated correctly. See the known bugs file for more details.
