ASTRAL SCOP  Other Sequences 1.57

• This page contains sequence sets for people with special needs. For most users, we recommend the standard sequence sets.

• These are sequences for every PDB chain included in the Rapid Access Format PDB ATOM<->SEQRES correspondence maps used to generate ASTRAL.
  • Full set of ASTRAL chain sequences, based on PDB SEQRES records: download sequences (6.8 MB)

  • ASTRAL chain sequence subsets, based on PDB SEQRES records, with less than 95% identity to each other: download sequences (1.3 MB) or identifiers.

  • ASTRAL chain sequence subsets, based on PDB SEQRES records, with less than 90% identity to each other: download sequences (1.2 MB) or identifiers.
