ASTRAL SCOP Other Sequences 1.71

This page contains sequence sets for people with special needs. For most users, we recommend the standard sequence sets.
These are sequences for every PDB chain included in the Rapid Access Format PDB ATOM—SEQRES correspondence maps used to generate ASTRAL.
- Full set of ASTRAL chain sequences, based on PDB SEQRES records: download sequences (15 MB)
- Full set of ASTRAL chain sequences, based on PDB ATOM records: download sequences (15 MB)
- ASTRAL chain sequence subset, based on PDB SEQRES records, nonredundant (less than 100% identity to each other): download sequences (4.5 MB), identifiers, or the verbose selection log.
- ASTRAL chain sequence subset, based on PDB SEQRES records, with less than 95% identity to each other: download sequences (2.6 MB), identifiers, or the verbose selection log.
- ASTRAL chain sequence subset, based on PDB SEQRES records, with less than 90% identity to each other: download sequences (2.5 MB), identifiers, or the verbose selection log.
All ASTRAL SCOP genetic domain sequences, based on PDB SEQRES records, for SCOP classes 8 and above: astral-ntcscopdom-seqres-gd-all-1.71.fa.
Note: The classification of proteins in SCOP classes 8 and above is described by the SCOP authors as not part of the proper SCOP classification. Therefore, these sequences are not recommended unless you really need them.
